Missouri School for the Deaf provides a variety of services to enhance communication skills including articulation, listening/auditory training, language (form, content, and use), speechreading, voice, phonemic awareness, oral-motor skills, and communication strategies. Individual or group therapy is provided to students as detailed in their IEP. Therapy is conducted by a licensed speech-language pathologist who has experience working with Deaf and Hard-of-Hearing individuals.
